FAQ - Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

Can I return apparel items?

For health and inventory control purposes, apparel items are not eligible for returns or refunds, but requests may be considered under special circumstances.

Please note that all shirts (short & long sleeved), sweatshirts, and hoodies are unisex and tend to run large. We recommend sizing down if you don't want a loose fit.


Can I get a refund?

If a refund is approved, the amount will be issued minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (typically 3–5%) charged by the credit card processor at the time of purchase. These fees are not returned to our store when a transaction is refunded.


Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

If the exchange is not due to a store error, the customer is responsible for:
• Shipping costs to return the original item 
• Shipping costs for the replacement item

Items approved for exchange must be returned in unused and original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.


Are custom items refundable?

No. Custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


Why are returns limited?

Because many of our items include apparel and personal accessories, health considerations and inventory control standards require us to limit returns. This helps ensure that all customers receive items in new condition and allows us to maintain quality standards.


Shipping & Order Terms

How long does shipping take?

Jewelry, shawls, scarves, scarf sets, stoles, berets, bucket hats, baseball caps, ink pens, and books typically ship within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted in the item description.

A Priority Shipping upgrade is available for these items only. Simply find & add "Priority Shipping" to your cart for an additional $10.


Shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, beanies, mugs, and custom items may take up to 3 weeks to ship.

The Priority Shipping upgrade does not apply to these items.

If your order includes items with different processing times, your items may ship separately.


Is sales tax required?

Sales tax will be added to ALL orders, no exceptions.
501(c)(3) status does not exempt orders from sales tax.


Are any products fragile?

Yes. Some products are delicate or handcrafted. Please handle with care to preserve the quality and longevity of the item.


What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a store error or defective item, we will work quickly to make it right.
